Explanation:

If CR:RB is 2:3, and C is (-4,-7), then R is (-2,-7)

You can stop here because only A has the x value as -2.

If you want to look at the y value also, -4 is 2/5 of the way between -2 and -7, which has the same 2:3 proportion.
