The inequality is
(x)/(-3) >2


  • (x)/(-3) > 2 multiply each side by -3
  • x < 2*(-3) the sign is switched since we multiplied by a negative number
  • x < -6

x is less than -6 and -6 is excluded so it will be represented by an empty circle and a line going toward negative values
