Explanation:

  • -x ≤ -3

all we should do here is multiply both sides by -1 and switch the sign ≤ since we multiplied by a negative number

  • -x ≤ -3
  • x ≥ 3

x is equal or greater than 3 so 3 is included

again multiply by -1 to get rid of the - signs and switch ≤ by ≥ since it's a negative number
