inequality to determine the range in hours. Show all of your work and explain each of your
steps. Explain your answer.

Answer:

2 ≤ x ≤ 5

Explanation:

If x = number of days worked

According to the question:

Employees cannot work for more than 5 days per week: that is maximum working days per week is 5 - - - (1)

x ≤ 5 - - - (1)

Employees cannot work for less Than 2 days per week, that is minimum working days per week is 2 days

x ≥ 2 - - - (2)

Combining both conditions (1) and (2) such that the both Inequality sign are the same :

If x ≥ 2 ; then 2 ≤ x

Combining 2 ≤ x and x ≤ 5

We have ;

2 days ≤ x ≤ 5 days
