Explanation:

Use the distance formula(√(x1-x2)^2+(y2-y1)^2)


√((6-2)^2+(0-(-3))^2) \\\\√(4^2+3^2)\\\\√(16+9)\\ \\√(25)\\ \\5

Thus, the radius of the circle is 5. Because the diameter is 2r, the diameter = 2(5) = 10
