base ---> 5x

Formula for area of triangle: (base*height)/2

((5x)(x))/2 = 1400


5x^(2)/2 = 1400


5x^(2) = 1400 · 2 = 2800


x^2 = 2800/5 = 560

x= √560 ≈ 23.66
