A)9 miles you 15miles
=9:15
3:5
B)first covert mixed fraction into improper fraction
6 1/3= 19/3
9 1/2=19/2
19/3:19/2
Equate the denominators by multiplying with a number
19*2/3*2:19*3/2*3
38/6=57/6
By simplfing into simplest ratio we get 2:3
