Answer: B. Circle

Explanation:

Since the base is a rectangle and the faces are rectangular, there is no way to slice the prism to get a a circle.

The trapezoid ? Maybe. A diagonal slice starting on a corner will create a quadrilateral with uneven sides.

Pentagon? Imagine starting on the top near a corner-- but not on the corner-- with a diagonal line, slicing down towards the opposite corner. You should be able to get an irregular pentagon.

A rectangle is easy!

No circles!

Enjoy! I hope this helps you.

Answer:

The answer is option B.

Explanation:

Since it's a rectangular prism slicing will produce either a rectangle or trapezoid and not or a circle since it's round

Hope this helps you
