Explanation:

in the first one, 9-3=6 and 6-3=3 so -3 is the constant of the proportionality

in the second one 3-1=2, 2-1=1 so here the constant of proprtionality is -1

in the third one 16+2=18, 18+2=20 so the constant of proportionality is 2

fourth one 4 + 0.5= 4.5 and 4.5+0.5= 5, constant of proportionality is 0.5

fifth one 12+6=18, but 18+6=24

and the rest are all proportional
