••A little summary••

The Industrial Revolution was when America’s technology got better. There were factories, and much more people in towns. During the Industrial Revolution many things improved, such as technology, lowered prices, production of an item, and more goods.

••Negative Impacts••
During the middle of the Industrial Revolution kids were sent to work in the factories, since families were poor none of them could pay for their child to go to school. Except the rich. Working long hours in the factory kids got stuck in machines and often lost fingers, body parts sometimes even lives. They worked from 4am to 7pm (16 hours or 12 hours a day). To fit more machines in the factory the managers put lots of machine in one floor which were too heavy and the floors collapsed killing the kids and women. The cotton dust was strong also.

said before the growth of technology and lower prices of items and more stuff can be produced faster then by hand.

The industrial revolution was a period in American history when industry started. Some negative effects were that many farmers moved to the cities to work in factories, overcrowding the cities, and a positive effect was that work could be done more efficiently.
