y = 3x -2

Explanation:

y intercept means the point x = 0

need not be confused in that

we can get the two coordinates as

( 2, -4) and ( 0, -2)

gradient is difference of y/ difference of x

-2+-4/0-2

-6/-2 indeed its 3

so as y intercept is -2

c = -2

y = 3x - 2
