The American Heart association established a normal heart rate 60-100. I would choose 70-100 since it is the closest

Answer:

A.) 70 - 100 BPM

Step-by-step explanation:

If you’re sitting or lying and you’re calm, relaxed and aren’t ill, your heart rate is normally between 60 and 100 BPM.

Also, a resting heart rate of fewer than 60 BPM qualifies as bradycardia.

And for adults, a heart rate of more than 100 BPM is considered too fast.

So the answer would be A.) 70 - 100 BPM

Hope this helps you out! : )
