When someone asks “who are you?” what do you think the asker really wants to know? when you ask, what do you really want to know about another person?what do you really want other people to know about yourself?

I think that when a person asks "who are you?" they are actually trying to know the person who came out of the blue perhaps or not recognizable but you have met.

the second question is kind of about your opinions......so,yeah

I think the asker wants to know your profession and what you do for example i will answer by saying i am a student studying about blah blah blah.
