PQ is equal to QR, therefore QR=3

Draw a perpendicular line down from R to line TS to form a triangle and since PT=6, the height of the right angle triangle would be 3.

The base of the right triangle would be 7-3=4. Using pytag. theorem
\sqrt{4^(2)+3^2 }=5

Therefore RS=5.

So now we can sum up everything: PQ+PT+TS+RS+QR= 3+6+7+5+3=24
