If the best of the possible alternatives have been identified, it must be properly implemented to accomplish the aim it was chosen for. When a decision has been made, it should be implemented, i.e. enacted, into practice. Because of poor execution, a successful decision may become ineffective. A participatory approach can be an efficient way of enforcing such decisions successfully.
