Answer: A. (-3, -2) and (1,-2)

Explanation:

The length of the rectangle is 4 units. The area of a rectangle is l*w. Thus the width of the rectangle must be 5 units. Looking at the coordinate plane, this must be A. (-3, -2) and (1,-2)
