How should I prepare for my national exam? And I don't remember most of the things that I have learned in math and physics class. What should I do. ​

First never thing that you have forgotten most of the things for that is the problem why most of the student fail there examinations.Second, if you have a bad attitude towards those subjects and always hate the teacher 100%sure you will fail.So i adress you that you much have a positive attitude towards the subject and teacher . Before i forget Pratice pratice make perfect always remember that .My friend when one deal with physics it is something that you show understand the theory of the subject not memorzing

You could get together with friends and since you were having fun with them while studying it wouldn’t feel like actual work
