A repeating decimal is a decimal who's digits repeat forever (the values repeat at regular intervals). Some examples are 0.333... and 0.262626....

A terminating decimal is the opposite. It comes to an end after a few digits after the decimal point. Some examples are 0.5 and 0.125.
