Factor out the common factor of 2y

2y(x^3+9x-5x^2-45)

Then factor by grouping

2y(x^3+9x -5x^2-45)

Taking x from the first group and -5 from the second

2y( x (x^2+9) -5(x^2+9))

Now factor out (x^2+9)

2y (x^2+9) ( x-5)
