Median = 1

Explanation:

Middle - 1 + 1

2 ÷ 2 = 1

Step by step:
Well first we have to order it from least to greatest.
0,0,1,1,1,1,2,2,3
So now we single the numbers on the left and right initial we get a middle number which is 1.
So 1 is the median of the data set.
