Answer:

So for 26. An impeachment is an attempt by the House of Representives at the removal of the President of the US, a judicial review is an attempt to remove a judge from a political office. C and D don't work here. Ousting obviously isn't it, Due process is the requirement to treat all citizens with fairness leading up to a trial + during a trial. Answer for 26 is B if u didn't get that. 27: OR (own recognizance) is when no bail is paid and a suspect is let free (until trial) on the promise(that is enforced) they will return for trial. SOOOO it's C.

Ur welcome homie.
