The formula for the area of a trapezoid is:

(a+b) • h / 2

Where a and b are the lengths of the parallel sides.

Therefore 7 + 19 = 26 • 10 (h) = 260 / 2 = 130

So area is 130

Answer:

\boxed{Area = 130 units^2}

Explanation:

Area of trapezoid =
(a+b)/(2) h

Where a = 7, b = 19 and h = 10

Area =
(7+19)/(2) (10)

Area = (26)(5)

Area = 130 units²
