A box is a cuboid with dimensions 28 cm by 15 cm by 20 cm all measured to the nearest centimetre. Dis cases are cuboid which measure 1.5 cm by 14.2 cm by 19.3 cm and all measured to the nearest millimetre. Show that 17 disc cases, stacked, will definitely fit in the box. JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, THIS IS A QUESTION UNDER THE TOPIC BOUNDS. SO PLEASE ANSWER ACCORDINGLY.

Answer:

This only got my 2 out of 4 marks but I hope it is still helpful and you can work on it.

Explanation:

27.5×14.5×19.5 = 7775.625cm³

1.55×14.25×19.35 = 427.393125cm³

7775.625÷427.393121 = 18.19314495
