Answer:

y = x + 3

Explanation:

I'm assuming that you are asking for a line perpendicular to

3x + 3y = 3 and going through (-1, 2)

first find the slope of the line

3y = -3x + 3

y = -1x + 1, the slope is -1 so the perpendicular slope is 1

y = mx + b

2 = 1(-1) + b

3 = b

y = x + 3
