Suppose BC = X feet

In ∆MBC

`tan \: 53 = (ma + ab)/(bc) \\ tan \: 53 = (106)/(x) \\ tan \: 53 * x = 106 \\ x = (106)/(tan \: 53) \\ x = 79.9 \: ft`
