Use the Sine Rule where

a/sin(A) = b/sin(B)

36/sin(50) = 20/sin(B)

Flip both sides

Sin(50)/36 = sin(B)/20

Multiply by 20

20Sin(50)/36 = sin(B)

Inverse sin

Sin^-1(20sin(50)/36) = B = 25 degrees ~
