Any variation be it direct or inverse between two variable say and y can be represented by

y = kx where k is constant of proportionality

Given

y = 6.25 and x = 0.16

lets use this value in y - kx to find k

6.25 = k*0.16

k = 6.25/0.16 = 39.0625

Now the

relation ship etablished is

y = 39.0625x

given x = 20

then

y = 39.0625*20 = 781.25

the value of y when x = 20 is 781.25
