Answer:

English has become the language everyone speaks at an international level because it is easier to learn than other languages and it helps people from different countries to be able to communicate as it has become the main language for science, technology and business. This can be seen for example, in technology where most of the advances has come from english speaking countries so many of the information and vocabulary is in the language making it necessary for engineers, software developers, data architects, among others to learn the language to be able to perform their job. Also, international business tend to be conducted in English and when negotiators speak different languages, they use English as a common way to communicate. Moreover, we see tourists traveling around the world from non-english speaking countries like Argentina to another country where English is not the main language like Germany and they find it easy to locate someone that speaks English to help them with directions. Because of all this, English has become an international language.
