I can not sleep. What is a good solution that does not involve me waking up other people, making a lot of noise, or sleeping in.

Music helps to block out noise but wear earphones or eye pads like for sleeping I use them for headaches or sleep it’s very dark and peaceful or like beach sounds from you tube someting peace ful like wind or waves
