m = -1/2

Explanation:

y= m+b

y = -3 = -1/2 (x-2)

y = -1/2(x-2)+3

y = -1/2x-2x(-1/2)+3

y = -1/2+1+3

y = -1/2+4

Hence, the slope is -1/2
