using elimination method...you will have it as

12x+15y =34 .............1

-6x+5y = 3 ...............2

multiply equation 1 by 6 and equation 2 by 12

72x + 90y = 204.........4

-72x + 60y = 36..........5

asd equation 2 and 1...

0x + 150y = 240

y= 240/250 ..

after getting your answer ..

substitute for y in either of equation 1 and 2 to get your x
