The answer is diagram D.

When the solutions dissolve in an aqueous solution they dissociate to form ions

That's

AgNO3 → Ag+ NO3-

NaCl → Na+ Cl-

Upon mixing Ag+ pairs with Cl- and Na+ pairs with NO3 -

That's we have

AgCl and NaNO3
