I love chicken in different methods of cooking. One I could never get bored of eating is thin slices of grilled breast chicken, I add lemon juice, garlic powder and black pepper. In a skillet, I pour about 2 tablespoons of olive oil and cover it. Once it is cooked, I add sliced mushrooms, sliced onions and sliced bell pepper, and simmer them for like two minutes. At the end, I add Teriyaki sauce to give that special flavor. I accompany this dish with steamed vegetables and fried rice. It is so delicious!
Another dish I loved is stir-fry vegetables and diced breast chicken. I steam frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower and I just add chicken bullion and black pepper and leave it to steam for 7-9 minutes until soft. In the meantime, I prepare my breast chicken in strips about 1 inch thick. I pour 2 tablespoons olive oil and pour my chicken on the skillet, I add some lemon juice, garlic powder and black pepper to give flavor. Once the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are steamed, I pour the veggies into the skillet where I cooked the chicken, mix it very well and add soy sauce. Simmer it for five minutes and it is ready to eat. I can never get off of doing these two dishes.
