Don’t use heat on your hair if you want to grow it thicker. Eat brain foods and excerise at noon after 1 hour of eating

To make your hair longer you should use hair grow oils and wash your hair once a week. Also u can get a hair oil to make your hair thicker. Keep your hands out of your hair to. Put it in protective styles
