W > 0.5L

Perimeter:

2L + 2W < 180

2L + 2(0.5L) < 180

2L + 1L < 180

3L < 180

÷3 ÷3

L < 60

Length should be less than or equal to 60 inches while width should be greater than or equal to 30 inches.
