In Excel, this can be accomplished (if looking to combine numbers) with the math function “=Sum()” with the cells listed within the parenthesis. As an example, you could do a range (“=Sum(A1:A5)”) or several unconnected cells (“=Sum(A3,B7,H120)”). You would additionally be able to simply enter “=“ and then include each cell designation thereafter separated by a plus (“=A6+B9”); other mathematical symbols can be used for other functions such as the asterisk for multiplication.
