x^2-2x+1

Explanation:

We can solve this by using FOIL

First, Outside, Inside, Last

Multiply the x with the x to get x^2

Then x times -1 for the outside numbers to get -x

Then -1 times x for the inside numbers to get -x

And finally -1 and -1 for the last numbers to get 1

Add the two -x to get -2x.

Put it all together

x^2-2x+1
