Given that,

Slope of line A=2/5

We know that , slope of perpendicular line is product of slopes.

i.e. M1 M2=-1


m1 = (2)/(5) \: \:

m2=?

Now,


(2)/(5) * m2 = - 1 \\ or \: m2 = - 1 * (5)/(2) \\ \: m2 = - ( 5)/(2)

Therefore, Slope of line B is -5/2.
