pH of hydrochloric acid= 3 (H+ ions)

KOH + HCl → KCl + H2O

the pH of the solution will be 7 as it is a neutralisation reaction.

But if the acid is more in amount there will be more H+ ions and the solution will have a lower pH.

(the higher the concentration of H+ ions the more the acidic the solution,

the higher the concentration of OH- ions the more alkaline a solution is. )
