Answer: A=2x²+18x+30

Explanation:

To find the area, we multiply the length and the width. We can do that with the picture provided.

A=(5+x)(6+2x) [use FOIL method to distribute/multiply]

A=30+10x+6x+2x² [combine like terms]

A=30+18x+2x²
