solution,

A(0,0)---->(X1,y1)

B(6,3)---->(x2,y2)

Now,


ab = \sqrt{ {(x2 - x1)}^(2) + (y2 - y1) ^(2) } \\ \: \: \: = \sqrt{ {(6 - 0)}^(2) + {(3 - 0)}^(2) } \\ \: \: \: = \sqrt{ {(6)}^(2) + {(3)}^(2) } \\ \: \: \: \: = √(36 + 9) \\ \: \: \: \: = √(45) \\ \: \: \: = 3 √(5 ) \: units
