volume = \pi {r}^(2) h \\ or \: 304 = 3.14 * {r}^(2) * 10 \\ or \: 304 = 31.4 * {r}^(2) \\ or \: {r}^(2) = (304)/(31.4) \\ or \: {r}^(2) = 9.68 \\ or \: r = √(9.68) \\ or \: r = \sqrt{ {(3.11)}^(2) } \\ r = 3.11 \: cm
