BREAK APART: 3x(5x - 2) and 3(5x - 2)

(fx) = 15x^2 - 6x + 15x - 6

f(x) = 15x^2 + 9x - 6

There is a square in the function, therefore it is quadratic. The quadratic term is the term being squared, and you go from there.
