So the mid-point is (10.5,2)

Explanation:

By using mid-point formula

M(x,y)=(x1+x2)/2,(y1+2)/2

Putting the values of the coordinates

M(x,y)=(6+15)/2,(-4+8)/2

M(x,y)=21/2,4/2

M(x,y)=10.5,2

So the mi-point is (10.5,3)
