Which parts of the warm-up did you find were easiest? Why?

Answer: The balance exercises in this activity were probably the most difficult. I had some trouble balancing on one leg for 30 seconds. I could stand about half that long before setting my other foot on the floor. I stood near a wall and touched the wall whenever I needed to. I think balance is hard for me because I have a large frame, so my center of gravity is higher than most.

The easiest part of the exercise, personally were the push-ups. I find push-ups the easiest because I don't get tired that easily compared to other exercises like pull-ups, etc. I found push-ups being my favorite exercise in this set because they're really good for your arm and shoulders, pectorals and deltoids. Push-ups are also easy for me because they're one of the most repetitive, basic exercises but they're good because they use your body against yourself.
