1/(x^2-6x+8)

Explanation:

1. x^2-16=(x-4)*(x+4)

2. x^2+5x+6=(x+2)*(x+3)

So (x+4)/(x^2+5*x+6) *(x+3)/(x^2-16)=

=(x+4)*(x+3)/((x+4)(x-4)(x+2)(x+3))=1/((x-4)(x-2))=1/(x^2-6x+8)
