Answer:

y= -2/3 x - 9

Explanation:

The slope intercept form is

y = mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept

y = -2/3 x+b

We have a point to substitute into the equation

-5 = -2/3(-6) +b

-5 = 4 +b

Subtract 4 from each side

-5-4 = 4-4+b

-9 = b

y= -2/3 x - 9
