Answer:

y = -2/3x-9

Explanation:

The slope intercept form of a line is

y = mx+b where m is the slope and b is the y intercept

y = -2/3x+b

We have a point we can substitute into the line

-5 = -2/3(-6)+b

Subtract 4 from each side

-5-4 =4+b-4

-9 =b

y = -2/3x-9
