The answer is D.
First you multiply each side by 6 to get
-x>=3
Next you multiply both sides by -1 BUT you need to remember to flip the sign. Whenever we multiply or divide by a negative the sign flips so we would end up getting
x<=-18

Answer:

D. x ≤ -18

Explanation:

-x/6 ≥ 3

Multiply both sides by 6.

-x ≥ 3 × 6

-x ≥ 18

Multiply both sides by -1 and reverse the inequality.

x ≤ 18 × -1

x ≤ -18
