Answer: 123.6 units²

Explanation:

Since it is an isosceles triangle, we can draw a median from the ap ex (b) to the base (ac) to create a right triangle at point (d). Then we can use the Pythagorean Theorem to find the height (bd) of the triangle.

(dc)² + (b d)² = (bc)²

7² + (b d)² = 19²

(b d)² = 19² - 7²

(b d)² = 312

b d = 17.66

A = (1/2) base x height

= (1/2) ac x b d

= (1/2) 14 x (17.66)

= 7(17.66)

= 123.6
